A conical reamer is a hole-enlargement tool featuring a tapered, cone-shaped cutting structure that gradually widens a pilot bore to a larger target diameter. The conical profile helps distribute cutting loads evenly, reduce vibration and chatter, and produce a symmetrical, stable borehole suitable for casing or further drilling operations.
